DO NOT: for 24 hours touch, press, rub or manipulate the injected areas for the rest of the day after treatment. You can cause irritation, sores, and/or problems, and possible scarring if you do.

DO NOT: apply any make-up for the first 24 hours after injections. This is to avoid introduction of particles and bacteria into the injection sites and prevent potential infections.

DO NOT: expose yourself for long periods in the sun, go to sauna or a hammam for the first 24 hours after injections

DO NOT: swim or undertake any strenuous exercise. for the first 24 hours after injections

DO NOT: expose yourself to extreme hot or cold temperatures or to large swings in temperature for the first 24 hours after injections.

AVOID: Aspirin, Motrin, Gingko Biloba, Garlic, Flax Oil, Cod Liver Oil, Vitamin A., Vitamin E, or other essential fatty acids at least 3 days after treatment to prevent bruising or excessive bleeding.

AVOID: Alcohol, caffeine, niacin supplement, high-sodium foods, high sugar foods, refined carbohydrates (you may eat fruit), spicy foods, and cigarettes for at least 3 days after your treatment to prevent bruising or excessive bleeding.

AVOID: Vigorous exercise and sun and heat exposure for 24 hours after treatment.

DISCONTINUE: Retin-A for at least 2 days after treatment. It is best to wear no makeup or lipstick until the next day. Earlier use can cause pustules.

One side may heal faster than the other side and muscle asymmetries can take up to 2 weeks to even out.

You can expect some bruising and swelling around the areas that were injected. Apply ice for the first hour after treatment for ten minutes on and ten minutes off.

Should your experience a slight headache after injections you may take Tylenol

You must wait 2 weeks before any enhancements.
