Surgical Facility, we are unable to accommodate delays in patient discharge. Patients can NOT wait in recovery any longer than is medically required.

YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $700.00 CANCELLATION FEE:

If you fail to arrive on time for your scheduled surgery.
It you fail to follow ALL pre-operative instructions and medical advice provided by the surgeon and staff.
If you fail to provide a minimum of 10-days notice to move, cancel, or change in any way your agreed upon surgery appointment.
For General Anesthetic and IV Sedation surgeries that we are required to cancel/postpone for any of the following reasons:

If you eat, or drink anything including water after 12-midnight, your surgery will be cancelled.
If you arrive without your Escort/ Guardian/ Parent, or if they are NOT able to remain here the entire time, your surgery will be cancelled. Please ensure they are prepared to wait on site for the duration of your surgery (approximately three hours.)
